Join Mija and Hayley for a special evening of sound healing, Reiki and deep rest in the beautiful surroundings of St James Church. With two experienced sound practitioners holding the space, this experience becomes richer, more immersive and deeply resonant. Sounds move throughout the church from different directions, creating a beautiful surround-sound effect that gently envelops you and fills the space. Layers of crystal singing bowls, gong, monochord, tuning forks, chimes, ocean drum, rainstick and shamanic drum weave together, allowing vibrations to travel further and resonate more deeply throughout the body. The stunning acoustics of St James Church naturally amplify every tone, creating an atmosphere that feels both grounding and expansive. Alongside Reiki and hands-on sound healing, you will be invited to simply lie back, soften, receive and allow yourself to be carried by the sounds. Hayley will also be working with therapeutic tuning forks and Reiki energy, offering subtle vibrational support to encourage balance, relaxation and a deeper sense of connection within the body. This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enter a space of stillness, reflection and restoration.
