Yoga
Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated ancient India over 5,000 years ago. It a series of postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques that relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being. Many people choose yoga as a way to reduce stress, improve their physical health, connect with their inner selves. We follow the Eight Limbed Path - The eight limbs of yoga, as outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, are a guide to living a meaningful and purposeful life. They include Yama (ethical standards), Niyama (self-discipline), Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (union or bliss). Practicing these eight limbs can lead to a deeper understanding of oneself and the world around us, and ultimately, a greater sense of inner peace and spiritual fulfillment.
