Hatha (pronounced ‘hat-a’) is the umbrella term for all physical movement in yoga. Therefore this is the most mixed class, incorporating grounding meditation in motion, slow flowing movements, and static holds in asanas (postures), promoting balance, flexibility, strength and connection to breath. This is a slower paced practice that is accessible for all levels, including beginners.
