MEET SATTVA YOGA & HEALING

Welcome, I’m Hayley, a 400-hour certified yoga teacher trained at Yoga Campus Manchester. 

 

My mission is to make Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama accessible to everyone, fostering a sense of community and well-being.

 

Since becoming a yoga teacher, I have expanded my expertise to include being a Usui Reiki Master, as well as a Sound Healer and Sound Therapist, certified by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA).

 

I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga, offering embodied and meditative classes in Warrington, Cheshire. My approach focuses on connecting deeply with the body and breath, encouraging mindfulness and a sense of presence in each moment.

 

My services include public in-person and online classes, workshops, retreats, personalized one-on-one and small group coaching sessions, and corporate well-being workshops and packages.

 

For me, yoga is a fully inclusive and diverse practice that offers a pathway to deeper self-understanding and a spiritual journey toward inner peace. This philosophy is at the heart of my teaching approach, creating a welcoming and transformative experience for all.

Hatha Flow

Hatha (pronounced ‘hat-a’) is the umbrella term for all physical movement in yoga. Therefore this is the most mixed class, incorporating grounding meditation in motion, slow flowing movements, and static holds in asanas (postures), promoting balance, flexibility, strength and connection to breath. This is a slower paced practice that is accessible for all levels, including beginners.
