Yoga Class


Hatha Yoga is a small branch of yoga practices. It can calm the mind, provide a gentle workout or make you sweat. It can reduce your heart rate when you are stressed or elevate it by providing a vigorous workout. Either way it is a union that draws together the heart, mind and body, integrating all the parts of ourselves into a unified whole.
