Step into a journey of holistic rejuvenation with our upcoming Sound Healing and Reiki Event. Begin with gentle pranayama breathwork to center yourself, followed by a guided meditation to settle into a serene state. As you transition into a deeper theta meditative state, immerse yourself in Mija's healing vibrations of frequency sound instruments. While you bathe in this healing energy, experience the gentle touch of Reiki as Hayley sends healing energy to each participant. Leave feeling fully rejuvenated and ready to embrace the week ahead with vitality and clarity. Doors will open at 6.45pm Please note this session is unfortunately unsuitable for the following - 1st Trimester pregnancy, Pace Maker implants, Sound epilepsy & tinnitus.
