Service Description

We will start off by warming up the body, work through breathing techniques (Pranayama), align postures (Asanas) with the breath. This will help connect the breath, body and the mind together. Other benefits will improve flexibility, balance and strength. Towards the end of the class I will a guide you through a meditation whilst sitting or lying down. At the end of the class we will connect with a hand gesture (Mudra) to seal our practice. Mats are available if required 🙏🏽✨
